Jasmine Paris

Jasmine Paris was appointed General Manager of International Merchant Bank Ltd (IMBL) on May 01, 2021.

Ms. Paris is an accomplished professional with over 34 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Sectors and more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience. Prior to joining IMBL, Ms. Parris worked at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank formerly known as Barclays Bank Plc where she spent over 32 years, with her last appointment being Branch Manager of the Charlestown Nevis Branch.

Throughout those years, Jasmine demonstrated an affinity for Leadership, Operational and Risk Management, Problem Solving and Data Analysis which allowed her to rise through the ranks of the Company having worked such roles as Manager of Operations and Customer Service, Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager.  She also served as Country Head for the St Kitts and Nevis Business and the Anguilla Business of CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank. She has a diverse training background in various disciplines including People Management, Leadership, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism, Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud and Information Security Awareness.

Ms. Paris holds a Diploma in Financial Services Management with a major in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Financial Services School of Finance in the United Kingdom.  She is also a Certified Residential Underwriter.
